Hi, I’m Aubrey
Aubrey Miller, NTP, RWP-1 is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in digestive health, functional gut testing, and the foundational systems that support long-term vitality. She is trained extensively in Nutritional Therapy with a focus on GI and digestive physiology, root-cause assessment, and functional gut testing. Aubrey integrates her Eastern studies of 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, completed in Costa Rica, where she also received foundational exposure to Ayurveda — alongside her Reiki certification, and studies in holistic herbalism (more Ayurveda & TCM) to create a comprehensive mind-body approach to healing.
Aubrey’s entry into this field grew from her own “health explosion” if you will, a period of curiosity, a bit of a wild-goose chase for answers, and ultimately understanding how nutrition, stress, lifestyle, and accumulated habits fully shaped her internal environment. Sparing some details, she had a tonsillectomy at 18, stage 1 melanoma at 22, anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalances… recurring “mystery symptoms” and felt like it was one antibiotic after another. Rather than accepting symptoms as “normal,” she sought deeper understanding of how digestion, the immune system, the nervous system, and overall wellbeing are interconnected. Through this exploration, she discovered the power of foundational nutrition to restore the terrain, functional testing, and the mind-body (gut-brain-axis) connection. Her yoga practice, paired with her training, strengthened her ability to listen to the body’s signals with clarity, curiosity, and love!
This perspective shapes her work today. Aubrey helps clients understand the language of their bodies through functional gut testing (GI-MAP), bio-individual nutrition assessment, and personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocols. Her approach centers on restoring homeostasis by addressing digestion, detoxification, nutrient status, microbiome balance, and the stress response. She believes symptoms are not identities, they are information, and that the body is always working toward balance and restoring itself when given the right support.
Her philosophy is simple: feeling good is our birthright! While many symptoms are common, they are not inherently normal, and each of us has tremendous agency in shaping our physical and mental health. Aubrey’s mission is to make root-cause nutrition, proper GI testing, and individualized healing strategies more accessible, empowering others to experience the vitality and clarity that come from working with, not against, their bodies.
In her free time, Aubrey is most energized by movement, nature, exploration. She loves being outdoors, playing tennis or pickleball, dancing, practicing yoga, hiking, traveling, snorkeling, spending time with family, friends, and experiencing the beauty and flavor of other cultures. She is driven by curiosity and maintains a deep sense of adventure, both in life and in her approach to holistic wellbeing.
